Therapy works best when it feels organic, supportive, and collaborative.

Mental health doesn’t happen in a bubble. It’s shaped by everyday life, relationships, stress, and transitions.

Your emotional well-being isn’t static. Some weeks feel steady, and others feel overwhelming.

I aim to be present, responsive, and genuinely engaged with my clients.

My style is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.

About Me

I am a lifelong learner who believes healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. I bring sensitivity, empathy, and a bit of playfulness into my work, creating a space where people feel safe to be real. As a social worker, I support individuals, youth, couples, and families as they move through trauma, transitions, and difficult seasons of life — helping them process their experiences, rediscover their strengths, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and healing.

My Approach

I take a client-centered approach that is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. My priority is to create a comfortable, trusting, and collaborative environment where you feel safe to show up authentically and be vulnerable. My work is grounded in accessibility, inclusivity, and empowerment, so you feel respected, supported, and capable throughout the therapeutic process.

I support individuals in developing practical and meaningful coping strategies to navigate trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I believe deeply in the connection between mind and body, and I integrate somatic and other holistic approaches to support healing from the inside out. I also hold space for both sides of the human experience — that even in hardship, there is room for peace, connection, and joy.
